Umgali Ororo

This is Umgali Ororo, the fleet admiral of Abhair Corporation and one of the most respected Aalven commanders in Nhilar Federation.

Let's start with some basic information:

Species: Aalven
Gender - obviously female
Eyes: Brown
Age: 111 (same as Mirabelle) - Aalvens live roughly as long as Nhilars, usually a bit shorter due to more active lifestyle, so while Mirabelle is equivalent of human 37, Umgali is roughly around 44, which means that Aalvens and Nhilars live usually from 250 to 300 years respectively. Keep in mind that both nhilars and aalvens age differently than humans, so the age equivalents are not fully relevant. Aalvens for example do not show many signs of ageing until much later. 
Occupation: Fleet Admiral and leader of the Modiwa tribe.

Umgali Ororo, as I mentioned above is the Fleet Admiral of Abhair Corporation.
Fleet Admirals are the highest commanders of Nhilar fleet, equivalent of Marshal in land forces. Large corporations usually have only single Fleet Admirals and only the most successful of them can afford hiring female Aalvens.
Such commanders are usually extremely flexible, very dedicated and loyal. They can keep an eye on whole armies or fleets with efficiency no Nhilar can achieve. However, such quality comes with a price. Female Aalven commanders are always extremely proud and aware of their skills. As all Aalvens, they are also extremely horny. Their bodyguard companies are basically their harems. Their duty is not only to protect their commander but also pleasure her in any way she sees fit. Most Aalven males (and sometimes females and members of other species) would not join such bodyguard unit without proper contracts and hugely increased payment. At first glance it would be a dream job... But keep in mind that most of such commanders are veterans, usually bearing huge scars, sometimes with missing limbs and such. Even Aalvens are not THAT horny to hit such things for free
Umgali is however a glorious exception.

Miss Ororo knew Mirabelle from childhood. Both girls were raised close to each other. Their ways, however, were separated when they left school and entered adulthood. they both followed family traditions, Mirabelle left for a company with her father, and Umgali joined corporate military, first as fighter pilot.
She quickly gained respect due to her amazing skills and quickly advanced in ranks. First as wing commander, later as captain of a destroyer, Umgali felt perfectly in commanding role. She was natural in it. Her career was held at the rank of a captain of a heavy cruiser, because Fleet Admiral was already taken.
When Mirabelle took over her company after death of her father, she quickly removed old loyalists, including incompetent Nhilar admiral of the fleet. Abhair quickly remembered her friend and Umgali immediately received the highest position along with full harem company.

However. Military and corporate career is only a minor part of her life.
Ororo family belongs to the Modiwa tribe, one of the most powerful and ancient Aalven tribes and one of only few that were able to keep their culture virtually untouched to this day.
Thing is, Ororo family gave birth to many leaders of the tribe before and given Umgali's talent, she was an obvious candidate, making her basically a tribal princess.
In Modiwa tribe, only females could be tribal chieftains and were always surrounded by a harem of the most talented hunters. Her advancement in the fleet allowed her to fulfil this tradition and gain recognition as official leader of her people. And she surely is the good leader.

Under her command, the fleet of Abhair Corp. never lost a single major battle. Imubian quickly learned to fear and respect her. They used to call her the Black Siren (in slightly racist way, because of her darker carnation) - referring both to her favoured tactic of luring the enemy with false gaps in defence and to her beauty.
Umgali is well known among Aalvens as the perfect example of an Aalven female. Some even believe she is the saint of the old gods given how perfect she is according to standards of her race.
The truth is much simpler. as Umgali is a mix of both corporate and tribal traditions, which, combined with natural Aalven beauty gives her exotic, tribal appeal, forma, officer's class and enough flexibility to fit in modern society.
Despite her overall classy behaviour, Umgali is still an Aalven, meaning she is known of provocative, sometimes overly sexual behavior.
She is also very strict. She demands discipline from both her bodyguards and regular officers. Some even joke that soldiers are not even allowed to die on the field unless Umgali says so. And there is some truth in that as she hates wasting lives of good warriors. She may be harsh but surely is not cruel or lacking compassion. Though, as proper Aalven, she takes full advantage of her harem. They are paid to do what she says, and she makes sure they do so.

Some may also argue that Umgali is a terrible mother. In her tribe, there is no marriage and all 31 of her children (15 daughters and 16 sons) do not even know their fathers. If they ever asked, Umgali would tell them to ask the guys in the harem.
All of her kids serve in the military but do not maintain much contact with their mother. Umgali raised each of them only to the age of 10 and later gave them to the other family members, held by her duties. Her kids do not benefit from her position as a tribe leader. she wants them to become independent and climb in hierarchy as she did... Or fail miserably.

In private contacts however, she is still quite warm person, though some might tell she is overly formal - especially her harem mates complain about that
